What We Do

Willis Athletics is a sports marketing consultancy built by athletes, for athletes. Founded by baseball players Dylan Willis and Colin Goldsmith, our goal is to help athletes, teams, and sports brands grow their presence, tell their stories, and build opportunities through modern digital strategy.
After years of competing on the field and navigating the sports world firsthand, Dylan and Colin saw a need: athletes weren’t getting the marketing support, brand development, or digital visibility they needed to stand out in today’s competitive landscape. So they created Willis Athletics — a consultancy grounded in athletic experience, authenticity, and strategic marketing expertise.
